Hollywood director Ridley Scott talks us through the timeline of his career. From his debut The Duellists starring Harvey Keitel to the monster hit Alien and cult-classic Blade Runner. Ridley Scott is perhaps best known for Gladiator, which received 5 Academy Awards including Best Film and Best Actor for Russell Crowe. I wonder if Scott, like many of his ilk, having come up from Fine Arts, Advertising and then Mainstream Filmmaking, have a good grip of the sense of scale. That gives film makers like him a great mileage, and an enviable body of work as their legacy.
