Facts: -Garp didn’t 1v1 against top tier like Rocks and Shiki, he team up with Roger and Sengoku respectively. -He 1v1 with Kuzan and lost. -He was never stated to 1v1 with Roger. He only corner Roger pirates multiple times according to canon official. They were friendly to each other, teaming up against Rocks D Xebec. Roger words “nearly killed each other several times” is more friendly terms doesn’t mean anything to me. -Roger had illness but he’s still strong and doesn’t affect his ability unlike Whitebeard situation in later years requiring iv drip every night. -Roger avoided big mom, he stole the poneglyph -Roger victory during edd war was because of the storm and weather change -Roger=Whitebeard, it’s stated they stalemate in a duel, in fact Whitebeard might be stronger than Roger since he got the ‘World Strongest Man’ title when Roger was still alive. So I don’t understand people saying Roger>Whitebeard just because he has no devil fruit. In that case Shanks and Mihawk are the strongest right now but I’m sure many people thinks otherwise. I find some one piece fans brain, logic and sense severely lacking. IMO Whitebeard, Shanks and Mihawk all are stronger than Roger, Roger is strong and special only because he’s from the D clan. If devil fruit is cheat code and make you strong, likewise being someone from D clan.

I believe that law is alive because in real life polar bears can swim for miles, and things in one peice get exaggerated slightly often times so I don't think it's to far fetched that law survived plus he's a doctor with a devil fruit we don't know the full abilities of, do not forget law was able to make a room roughly 2x the size of dressrosa. So who's to say he couldn't teleport over vast distances

I really believe Rocks was just Buggy. If Roger and Garp took him out, why couldn't any of his other 2 crew mates team up and take him out? Big Mom respecting Roger but not Rocks would tell you he's weaker than Roger, no? Whitebeard also didn't respect him, neither did Shiki.
