Really interesting, as always Helen. Looks like a fascinating place. It always amazes me that “heritage” buffs in Oz go nuts for a 150 year old average bungalow in the burbs, when there are towns with thousand year plus history. Also….I now cant stop thing about deep fried chocolate pastries.
