Russ can redeem himself with a great team and fields can sit for a year learn the system, the playbook, the reads, learn form a superbowl winning Q.B and Coach. Russ got one year to audition for another team and payday thats why its one year. But your future Q.B is fields he will learn, develop, and either this season or next lead a team with a top 5 defense, one the Best recivers in the legue, single season sack leader T.J Watt, Hallafamer coach and a above average O-line that can give him time. Fields was running alot with Bears because after alot hits it ain't about the team it's about your health and future. Shorter time clock and panic will make you run before the play develop and throw it sooner than you should because your hit so much . Justin got a good arm great speed, but now he will have a better organization, team, coach , and confidence around him. In alot of cases it's more about the organization for a player than a team. Like Brady and Pats, Brees to Saints, Eli to the Giants. Fields will become great player and even better person he will learn from Wilson what it takes to lead a team , but also how to stay out of trouble, not pay attention the haters, how to be family man with one women and not fall for any possible traps, understanding it's just as if not more important to be yourself and lead by example on and off the field. It's like having hallafame Q.B coach but he's in the trenches with you.
