The smaller ones looks like the same variety I got from Wilko also , last year I waited until now(september) to pick and just like yours they were going bad, this year I started to harvest at the start of August(much better) and I`m beginning to get rotten ones just now as they are going over. I found the highest bunches at the ends ripened first ( just try one to see if sweet) . I was really brutal also, removing every second bunch while it was just in flower and also thinned out the grapes while they were small to allow the others to grow bigger. I found constantly removing all the extra growth and side shoots helps leaving only 2 leaves beyond each bunch . Grapes are a lot of work ! Thanks again

@@radiotowers1159 had seen on a KZbin about thinning the grapes to encourage bigger ones…did prune back quite hard at start of year but still learning.. yes does seem to be bigger bunches near end of vine .. got more nylon clothes line to wind the grapevine along ..

@@barrydavies283 nothing at all .. roots are in corner so they can spread outside … probably better because of all the rain we had .. I’ve never fed them ever .. just seem to love the spot they’re in… just another 15ft to go on one side then I’ll have 25ft grapevine… plus I’m still learning showing prune as I cut them quite hard back this year
