It really sucks riding a regular e bike after experiencing 3300 watts and full suspension. The Wobble issue was really amplified by the e cells trolls. Ironically, every e cells dual battery bike has a similar wobble. I have a Cruiser that comes with the Hellbender headset and I can adjust the headset to eliminate any instability. I think they always knew they needed a steering dampener for the Cruiser but were surprised when people started having issues with the Freedom. They now include the headsets on all their bikes. The story I heard is that Wired had bought the entire supply of headsets and had to wait for more to be made so they limited the headset to those that were having issues after proper adjustments. Great video! I think you're spot on in your comments on where Wired spent the most money in the R&D, definitely the power system. I would probably upgrade this bike with an underbar shifter and a better derailleur, although my wife's Lectric XPress has those very same components and they work fine. @@IRail-u7n just look up motorized bicycle laws in Illinois I did 👍🏽👍🏽as long as you can pedal the bike it’s considered ok but if you get caught going 25 miles an hour or more there’s a chance in Illinois to getting stopped but I haven’t yet 🫡 I’m 3 hours from Chicago I see people on electric scooters going 40 and there fine out here 👍🏽

I’m looking for my first e-bike and I wanted to ask you what you think would be the best option around the 1k range. I saw your review on both the Amyet s8 and the ridstar q20 and I’m very interested in both but I wanted your opinion on what you think has the best quality and also has a good speed I’m looking for something in the 30-40mph range and also seems to have lasted you the longest with good build quality for around that 1k price range. Love your videos keep it up!

Also I’m 6’2 and looking for something comfortable I really like how the ridstar looks but I’m not sure how comfortable I’d be on it for long rides

Both those bikes aren’t the biggest frame, but I think you could fit at 6’2. Both are great bikes, the s8 is dual motor so it will accelerate faster. Battery range is about the same from my testing. Personally I would get the s8 because it’s faster and has softer suspension

My problem with my bike is i dont know how to program this thing correctly. Its like learning a new language for the first time. Maybe after i learn this controller, ill relise i need a new screen.😢

The settings menu is the easiest to understand that I've used on an ebike, Its written in plain english. Everything is setup out of the box, why would you need to program it?

The Predator sounds nice. But the price is excessively high. But the new Freedom coming soon with duo batteries sounds promising.
