My Thoughts 47:35 not sure if you personally will see this. Determine a select amount of time you want to spend per pillar of your success. Because the time you find a lot is subjective, it's based on you not an absolute. So either define what amount of time you want to spend per pillar of your success or set %. I will spend x% of the time I have in the week on x and x and x. This will change over time when you enter new and different phases.

In terms of setting goals, I like using hard numbers - one number to play around with is 36,500. That's ~how many days there are in 100 years. So then you literally can break things down into daily goals. Case in point is if you said you literally wanted to personally touch the lives of 1 person a day through a face to face interaction, that's a direct impact of over 35,000. You literally - like playing a game, going on a quest - can count how close you are - and it's fulfilling. Want more impact? multiply it by 10 and now you know you have to meet (in person) 10 people a day for the REST OF YOUR LIFE to touch 36,500 lives. Most people aren't thinking 100 years ahead. Simultaneously it's a goal you can realistically meet, can measure, but it's just above your reach so keeps you hungry. edit: can also play with the number ~5200 in case you want to set WEEKLY goals for the rest of your life (or 5214). Of course most aren't goal setting from your 0 you can adjust the numbers based on your current age (I started the practice in ~2014/2015 and it's mind boggling how we're coming up on 10 whole years and time just flies by)

Sam Ovens is similar to me in ways I’m totally an introvert and my passion is building things, but Sam has such incredible discipline and focus and persistence and actually finishes what he starts, where I need to improve I’m constantly getting new ideas!!!!
