But when I look for job, mostly eligibility criteria is min 3 yrs exp. I think they should also give more chance to 1+ yrs experience candidates because they have also worked on real time projects and it should depend on interview. Atleast they should allow such candidates to participate in the process.

Dear sir, I had completed my Graduation in BE EEE. After my graduation I worked in Manufacturing industries as production data entry by using oracle after one year experienced in that domain.
