If I didn't know any better, I'd think this was a message to me from God. My husband had me questioning my Salvation up until yesterday. 3/31/2020. The more I forgave him the worst he got. Literally. I put him out of the house and he is now outside 5 days so far staying in the backyard. I questioned my actions towards that and it had my mind in such confusion and distress and fear from wat my Father in Heaven thot. He is constantly put out and refuses to leave. He doesn't work and takes pleasure in being taken care of. He drinks and smokes and creates havoc in my house with my daughters and son and enjoys it. We are a family that loves God and serves him faithfully. Anytime I would watch A&O Productions, he would put in his earphones. I really believe that he is my own personal demon. I do. But I had someone who came to visit me and pray with me. Now I know my Salvation is still intact and am waiting on God to lead my path.

But if you want to believe a lie he will let you believe a lie. You must seek him through his word (kjv) diligently and he will show you. For a couple of months now I've had bad thoughts about my dad, normally I let them run through my mind but now I'm trying to halt them and think of other things. Like the good that he's done for the family All the places that he would take us when my brothers, sisters and I were kids. But its hard...whenever I get annoyed with him or he yells at me, the bad thoughts come back I try to forgive him and not have resentment in my heart....

Makes perfect sense, thank you. 2 Corinthians 10:5 is one of my favorite verses. I have OCD, so taking every thought captive sounded impossible to me, and yet God Himself has instructed this. One of the most recurring thoughts I have is “there is no God”. I read the Bible daily, study it nearly daily, and pray frequently through out the day. Needless to say, it’s very frustrating to be praying to God while simultaneously having the thought He doesn’t exist, and it makes no sense to have this thought! This is so encouraging! I have broken up with my boyfriend. I thought it was leading to marriage, and it really devastated me. I see that the enemy tries to distract me and makes me feel bad. It's helpful to see this strategy so I'm aware of it now when the enemy tries to attack. He wants to distract us. I think we have this time to focus on Jesus. Jesus is coming back. If we just stay focused on Jesus, the enemy will eventually get tired. We need to be 100% in and read God's Word. It's our sword!!
