Sir, i think excessive usage of social media and electronic gadgets are also a reason for demotivation. Because according to neuro-scientists radioactive rays in cell phones impact on our PFC (prefrontal cortex) which is a main executionary part for decision making and logical reasonings, along with that cell phones make us short term thinker and forget about how to live in a real world, it also increase "instant gratification" due to which person become impatient, it also disrupt focus, and long term thinking.

*جنت کے حسین لمحات* جنت میں ابتدائی لمحات کتنے دلکش ہوں گے، جب ہم نہریں، محلات، جنتی پھل، خیمے، سونا، موتی اور ریشم دیکھیں گے جب ہم اپنے اُن عزیز و اقارب سے ملاقات کریں گے، جو عرصہ دراز پہلے فوت ہو گئے تھے اور ہماری نگاہوں سے اوجھل تھے جب نیکوکار بیٹا اپنے ماں باپ سے ملے گا اور والدین اپنے ان بچوں سے ملاقات کریں گے، جو بچپن میں ہی فوت ہو گئے تھے اور بھائی اپنے بھائی سے ملے گا، جو اس سے ملاقات کی خواہش رکھتا ہو گا جب ہم مریض کو شفایاب دیکھیں گے اندھے کو انکھیارا غمگین کو مسرور بوڑھے کو جوانی کی حالت میں دیکھیں گے یونہی بڑھیا کو، کہ اُسے بھی حُسن لوٹا دیا گیا ہے (اور کیسا حسین منظر ہو گا کہ) جب ہم انبیائے کرام علیہم السلام سے ملاقات کا شرف پائیں گے صحابہ کرام رضوان اللہ علیہم کو سلام پیش کریں گے علمائے امت سے مصافحہ کریں گے مجاہدینِ ملت کا دیدار کریں گے شہدائے اسلام کی زیارت کریں گے اور جاگتی آنکھوں سے فرشتوں کو دیکھیں گے پھر جب ہمیں نہرِ کوثر پر لے جایا جائے گا، تو وہاں ہمارے محبوب، حضرت محمد مصطفی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم بنفسِ نفیس ہمارا استقبال کریں گے اور ہمیں سونے کے برتنوں میں کوثر کے جام بھر بھر کر دیں گے ، جسے ایک بار پینے کے بعد کبھی پیاس نہیں لگے گی اور ہمیں بتایا جا رہا ہو گا کہ یہ ابو بکر صدیق رضی اللہ عنہ ہیں وہ (دیکھو) وہاں سے عمر رضی اللہ عنہ آ رہے ہیں اور وہ باحیا (وباصفا) عثمان بن عفان رضی اللہ عنہ ہیں اور یہ علی المرتضی رضی اللہ عنہ ہیں اور ان کے پہلو میں نوجوانانِ جنت کے سردار (حسنینِ کریمین) رضی اللہ عنہم ہیں اور ہمیں بتایا جائے گا کہ وہ مفسرِ قرآن عبد اللہ بن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما ہیں اور جو اُس درخت کے نیچے ہیں وہ خالد بن ولید رضی اللہ عنہ ہیں اور یہ کثیر الروایت صحابی، ابو ہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ ہیں اور ہمیں دور سے ایک بہت ہی پرسوز اور دلنشین آواز میں اذان سنائی دے گی، جب ہم اس کے قریب جائیں گے، تو اذان دینے والے حضرت بلال رضی اللہ عنہ ہوں گے پھر ہم مزامیر کی مثل ایک میٹھی اور سریلی آواز سنیں گے، تو سب لوگ رب تعالیٰ کی وحدانیت و کبریائی بیان کرتے ہوئے صاحبِ آواز کے بارے میں پوچھیں گے، تو فوراً بتایا جائے گا کہ یہ اللہ کے جلیل القدر نبی داؤد علیہ السلام ہیں (وہ کیسا نظارہ ہو گا کہ جن کے قصے ہم نے قرآن میں پڑھے، ان میں سے) وہاں اصحابِ اخدود کو دیکھیں گے اہل کہف، اصحابِ سفینہ، آل فرعون اور اصحابِ قریہ کے مؤمن اور بادشاہ ذو القرنین کو بھی دیکھیں گے (پھر) جب ہمیں ہمارا خالق و مالک جل جلالہ ارشاد فرمائے گا: اے جنتیو!!! ہم عرض کریں گے: اے ہمارے رب! ہم تیری خدمت و بندگی میں حاضر ہیں اللہ تعالیٰ فرمائے گا: کیا تمہیں کسی اور چیز کی طلب ہے، جو میں تمہیں عطا کروں؟ ہم عرض کریں گے: اے ہمارے رب! ہم (اس سے بڑھ کر ) اور کیا مانگیں؟ کہ تو نے ہمارے چہروں کو روشن فرمایا، ہمیں جنت میں داخل کیا اور ہمیں جہنم سے نجات بخشی پس اللہ عزوجل حجاب اٹھا دے گا (اور ہم دیدارِ الٰہی سے مشرف ہوں گے) تب ہمیں پتہ چلے گا کہ جنت کی سب سے عظیم نعمت تو اللہ تعالیٰ کا دیدار ہے دیدارِ الٰہی کا منظر کیسا (حسین ) ہو گا جب رب تعالیٰ ہمیں فرمائے گا آج میں نے تم پر اپنی رضا واجب کر دی، اس کے بعد میں تم پر کبھی غضب نہیں فرماؤں گا جنت میں پہلا لمحہ،پہلی رات اور پہلی صبح کیسی (حسین و خوبصورت) ہو گی اوامر و نواہی اور ان پر عمل کا سلسلہ اپنے اختتام کو پہنچا لوگ حساب و کتاب سے فارغ ہو گئے منافقت، فسادات، قتل و غارت اور ناپسندیدہ امور والے جہاں کو ہم پیچھے چھوڑ آئے مصائب و مشکلات، بڑھاپا، ہڈیوں کی کمزوری، سینے کی تنگی، ادویات کی مشقتیں ، دنیاوی ساز و سامان اور کمر کو جھکانے والی ساری چیزیں ختم ہو گئیں یہ وہ جنت ہے، جس کے مستحق ہم محنت و کوشش سے بن سکتے ہیں سن لو! بے شک اللہ تعالیٰ کا سامان بہت قیمتی ہے اور اللہ تعالیٰ کا سامان جنت ہے اے ہمارے رب! ہمیں، ہمارے والدین، ہمارے بہن بھائیوں، ہماری اولاد،اہل و عیال اور اسے جاری رکھنے اور پھیلانے میں کوشش کرنے والوں اور جس کا بھی ہم پر کوئی حق ہے، اسے اپنی رحمت، فضل اور عفوو کرم سے اہلِ جنت میں شامل فرما۔ اے اللہ! ہماری دعا قبول فرما۔ اے دو جہاں کے رب اے سب سے زیادہ رحم فرمانے والے، ہماری دعا قبول فرما۔ Aamin

Act like you DAMN care what satan says like bruh who are you to stop me when Allah has already planned it for me 4.Be blind to Satans opinion 5.Be kind and respective to your body and mind. Always thank Allah for the health you have. 6.Show satan that you are focused and when you feel like distracted just act it upon like you hate him so much and seek guidance from Allah 7. Trick satan Satan cannot read your mind except Allah. The thing satan does is whispering. So when he whispers you bunk your classes and watch haram things etc. act like your about to do that and then right away turn back and do your class. Seriously this works so good like you can feel the victory already against satan. 8.Thank Allah. Indeed all the praise and thanks belongs to Him.
