No by that pigments will get separated from the oil!

if you roll it 20 times more you will get your pigment back without any oil left in it. Try it.

It depends on your personal taste, I find its scent quite pleasant.

@@burak5601 the various linseed, saflower, and sunflower oils smell quite lovely imo. The thing that can smell bad with oil painting is most often the paint thinner or mineral spirits.
