This tutorial is 10 years old but it’s new to me. I’m so happy it popped up on today’s list of KZbin videos. I’ve had several of the movers & shapers dies, shuttle etc and never used any of it. This is the first time I’ve seen a demo from start to finish that makes it easy to understand. Thanks a bunch 💐

Hi there...Thanks so much for the question...You cannot use ANY of the Movers and Shapers with your Grand Calibur machine. In fact...there are more dies that you cannot use then that you can. You CAN use the Spellbinder Dies in the Sizzix Big Shot, Big Kick or Sizzix Pro Machine. The Sizzix machine will cut dies by EVERY manufacturer on the market. We sell the Big Shot for $69.99. You might want to think about adding a Sizzix machine to your collection or returning the Spellbinder Machine.

Sorry for the silly question, but why do you need to use the base plate with the smaller dies? Couldn't you just rund the smaller die through with appropriate cutting pads?
