I completely fixed my road rage that was triggered only by tailgaters. It was a physical response. I got a bumper sticker of a dove holding an olive branch with the words May Peace Be With You. Everytime I got a person on my tail I thought of the sticker they could see. My anger response completely stopped and I barely if ever experience tailgating now. The sticker is long gone but it's magic remains.

It was the other day as I'm driving to an Eckhart Tolle retreat this guy cuts me off in traffic for some reason I realized I was in this big hurry to get there like it was super important that I get there and had just get really present to like where did that rage come from why am I in such a hurry what's the panic all about? It was a perfect just position of being conscious one moment and totally lost in drama the next and I don't get into drama a lot but I was super shocked how every day I drove to the retreat I went through a similar thing. On the last day I chose a more peaceful longer route to drive and also just decided I would get there when I got there and for the first time in the 3 days I actually got there early 🤣
