23:20 Shows exactly where his head is at when he doesn't understand that training for a long time is required to hold onto muscle. He's been doing it for a few months and wonders why the muscle falls off when he gets off cycle or stops working out. During the hurricane, my 7 year old watched the gambling video over my shoulder. He was addicted to yelling "oooo bad word". He still brings up "the guy that lost all that money on drugs" because I was responsible enough to let him see things can go bad if you gamble. Togi videos are actually great for kids to watch if you coach their little minds into seeing what's happening. Big fan of the tog.. how does anyone dislike the level of dedication to content.
