This is the best interview of Maria AKA Zed Farmer I have seen yet and I love it 😍 and 💯 agree with her when she says that it's about mindset and " a lot of people think small". Kudos to you Maria and thank you for raising the bar 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

This for me was deep: 'Here in Africa are many opportunities. I mean the level I am at now, I can build a house in 6 months. In the diaspora it's not even fathomable. You own a house after 30 years of mortgage payments.'

I thought it was a somewhat clumsy way to get a very valid point across re vending activities. I don’t think she meant any harm. It is very easy to lean on emotion because making a living out of vending can be an emotive subject so I can understand strong feelings expressed by some.

It is unfair to speak about the women who struggle to put food on the table for their families. It is so wrong on every level. Every one has a story and none of us know their struggles. Just be grateful you have the resources and are able to work with those resources.
@miriamzvidzo11622 күн бұрын
So true as soon as I hard this I frowned upon it, so true I think this was very rude of her saying this.
@charlenesakala17322 күн бұрын
@ exactly! Calling someone’s livelihood an activity is sad. Most of those women have no other means of providing food for their loved ones. We really should be supporting each other.
