hey Manish I am currently 17 year 11 months olds so I would be also treated as minor after I apply for university in italy because I will be turn 18 in January 30 so I will be also treated like minor for visa and other things if you would tell me this things its very helpful for me so try to reply Manish thank you

Hello, no that would not be a case as the visa process starts late. If you're turning 18 on January 30, you would not be treated as a minor for visa.
