Hare Krishna! Prabhu ji, Dandavat 🙏. Such a nice and much needed lecture for devotees struggling. Usually I tend to listen to lectures without paying attention to who is around me, as I feel it may benefit them. One thing I did (not mentioned in the lecture) to maturely deal with people around me is by making sure no one is around me when I listen to this lecture or else they will come to know my strategy of how I have an been dealing with them, and plan to deal with them in the future 😂.

They want to see you happy in material life. Talk about your material life with them. Feel the connection for them and do something good for them, but do take care of your spiritual life also. Show some affection to them. If we don't exhibit that affection, then it won't be good. Non interference principle - you let them be what they are. You stay what you are. If they are able to respect us, we should be able to respect them. We should be compassionate towards them because they didn't get the Krishna consciousness that you've got. If they like the prasaad and kirtan, then slowly give them a book. Association means opening your heart with affection. Overthinking happens when you have a worry in the mind. 1. Never be alone 2. Never be un-engaged or under-engaged - then you give the mind the chance to overthink. Idle mans mind is the devil's workshop. That is actually the gift of the Lord for one who is chanting attentively

Hare Krishna prabhuji Dandwat Pranam Prabhuji you said to do proper justice in studies. Prabhuji I aim to get into academia. So should I aim for getting into the one of the best institute for my masters and doctorate and should I aim for getting into best college as professor or should I just aim to have an average career? As you said to be a pukka student. To be very honest prabhuji, as I came to association of devotees, I misunderstood KC to become less vigilent in studies. Earlier I was more ambitious in studies but later after getting ahead in KC, I lost that spirit.

Hare krishna prabhuji dandvat pranam I am a medical student currently in 1st year plz help me i am so much demotivated by this feild because this is too much hectic and even after doing lot of hardwork in study thenalso i could hardly remember somthing this is also because syllabus is too vast so covring all that and then revising it becomes very much problematic even i have to prepare for neet pg so i could hardly find any time just i do 4 rounds daily . Now if you can chant 4 rounds of HK daily properly and also do TIME MANAGEMENT PLAN (Decide, Do, Delegate, Delete) then you'll know how best to use your time. Most students live life in Rajo guna (smoking, drinking, drugs, late nights, day sleep, competition, quarrel, strain in friendships, treadmill, jim, love affairs etc) or in TAmo guna (smoking, drinking, drugs, depression, loneliness etc). You are a devotee and you've saved so much of your time from all of that. Don't worry. Utilise your time to your level best and try to search out for good association of devotees.
