Zero I battle with sleep time usually because I have to do many things in the day and in weekends I trick my mind to think that I have to be awake more so I can enjoy those days but I can’t stop using excuses and I am not being consistent all the week 😢 Anyways the video is great as always and I will apply the meditation before sleep method, thanks Oskar ❤

There are plenty of calming music genres that’ll help you calm down. Use keywords like ‘relaxing’, ‘meditation’, ‘chill’ or ‘calming’ music and you should find something that works 💪🏼 Also, ‘ZERO’-video out today… ⏳

Oscar, hi, I have a question. I trained according to my strength training plan for 6 weeks with 1 dumbbell, and after that I had 1 week of rest. The rest passed, and I started training, I don't know what to change in training, I then trained the lower 2 times and the upper 2 times a week and 1 day for speed and agility. Yesterday, not knowing how to change all this, I trained the strength of my legs, and today I need to do something, maybe do something with an elastic band or something else, I have problems with this, I would buy a training plan from the trainers, but the problem is money.Can you help with planning strength exercises for 4.5 weeks, everything is fine, and the rest of the problem is related to plyometry, workouts with a fitness elastic band, isometric workouts, preventive strengthening workouts and others. I've watched everything on KZbin, but I can't figure out how to combine it all in 1 week.

Zero Just set up a sleep schedule using my watch and the health app, I have really inconsistent sleep, but I think school starting in a few days will give me a better schedule since I need to wake up earlier
