Just calculated (Carpet + Balcony) / SBA. I found it as 69.54545 %. I am from Bhubaneswar and I have bought from a well-known reputed builder. I can share the name if anyone wants, but first I will take the matter with the builder. Can't believe my eyes. Thank you for the information..

Mumbai real estate Industry has the best practice as every calculation is on carpet area only. Super Built up has vanished from Mumbai after 2017

Nicely put, but the problem is that the documentation is mostly done at a different place than the property. So, you lose the opportunity there to ask for the measurements of actual (in front of you), and get it confirmed with the documentation. Also, when the agents do their wordplay, they always keep them imposing and dominating on the consumer, showing that if you doubt us, go somewhere else. We already have thousands lined-up to purchase this. This is where the consumer comes under the pressure of losing a good property.
