In some way, yes. But I'm sure they already knew. From 2014 to 2022 Ukraine and ruzzia had about 200 'negotiations' and concluded 20 'peace deals' (ceasefires). poo-tin broke all 20 of them, every single one. poo-tin can't be trusted.
