Man is a spirit, he has a mind and he lives in a body. When a person tries to understand the meaning of life through mind and physical nature he gets deceived. The reality of life becomes true only when he gets spiritually alive. That's why, Jesus said, "You must be born-again." Here, Jesus is talking about becoming spiritually alive. Flesh gives birth to flesh and spirit gives birth to spirit, He adds again. This meaning, Jesus is talking not about body but about spiritual birth. Becoming spiritually alive through the process of born-again will give you the deepest meaning of life.
