Adam - very good. I saw this over on Linked. Injection PP may be more than a buck, but not a big deal. Cycle time seems too low, unless you have a system to cool the part before it ovalizes or warps, probably robotic pickers.

Very cool video. I would be interested to see a video comparing thermoforming machines to injection molds and when thermoforming is the more cost effective. It has always seemed like 3D printers are only useful for modeling and prototyping in professional plastic work.

Thanks for the support! Completely agree! Thermoforming is used for Starbucks disposable plastic cups so you could be on to something there 🙌
