incredible I always thought they bussed the 808 and accent snare out to a separate track and then reverbed that bus. But now I see that they actually used that airy snare from the wondagurl/BWB kit, and put reverb directly on the 808 track. You have an INSANE ear yo. The second beat just sounds like the producer was just having fun and trying out weird things (like the reversed melody, kick layering, the reverse open hats or even the last melody that's just playing all the notes of the scale). That's how I sometimes make my beats and I think it's nice to see something like this getting used by a big artist like Travis Scott!

Some producers (like me) just have a good ear for music and notes. Also music theory and lots of lessons can train your ears to a point where when you hear a chord, you can IMMEDIATELY point it out. With this training you can get the notes and chord progressions of a song. But how he found the VST and Plugins and actual sounds for the song is beyond me. Its SO difficult. I remember just randomly coming across the VST for RIP SCREW in MonoPoly. But yea. Its just a bunch of ear training
