Thank you humbly for making this valuable video. I have recently learned about these wonderful treasures. While waiting for my needed supplies to be delivered and after a day or 2 of researching to get inspiration and information to begin my new adventure in creating these darling sandles I was just so overwhelmed with too many variations and was nearly ready to give up before I even started! That’s when I cane across your video! Which is very informative and direct, straight to the point and just what I needed to regroup and begin. @@SilverSnakeDesigns Thank you, I will find it! If you are comfortable with answering questions on the business end if things, I’m looking to get a sensible source of income off the ground. If you’re not comfortable with my questions I understand. What Im wondering is about going to a flea/farmers market as a vendor; when you take measurements for an order do you request a down payment or complete the order on good graces then receive payments? Also do you believe thus to be a lucrative creative process?

@@Beingthechange-l you can make it a lucrative business. Make sure you have the tools to get your customers measurements. Also I highly recommend getting a contract and 50% non-refundable down payment first. The contract should state your terms and whatever else you are going to do for the customer. Because each person’s foot is different, you can’t really make these all at once as a “one size fits all” so these types of beadwork are made to order only after getting your client’s foot measurements. I’m not a lawyer so I can’t speak on contracts or how they are legally binding, but you always want to make sure you protect yourself and your work.
