If the mobile app is develeped in a dev shop, does it affects the valuation ?

In a basic sense, no it won't affect the valuation. However, you will want to show as you go that you have a deeper relationship with you team rather than just a typical agency (e.g. equity partnership or similar) or that you have your in-house team.
