If there was any better time for anyone to give him credit for the times where it went unnoticed, It was right then and there during BCX. Kickstarting competitive careers in this game is actually severely uncommon, so to have him around to talk about the game and improve along with him with spars or best of 5’s is something I’m definitely still grateful for. As a result I’ve found myself coaching my friends too. Something about watching them on the podium as a result of both the want to get better and the information given to them is really rewarding to me and probably to sting ray as well.

a few years ago i used to be part of a friend trio and we just had spars and talked while playing duos or 3v3s. thanks to them we all managed to reach plat around the same time. having friends along the journey and improving skills with them can really help play and think better, and also having a sense of accomplishment on your mind i hope im not talking nonsense since english isnt my first language (btw your pfp looks very similar to mine lol)

Sting Ray is one of the most fun players to watch and will go down in Brawlhalla history. Not just that but his amazing ability to understand, explain and coach the game. I'm so happy he managed to win a gold medal but I really wanna see him win a season or a LAN this year. Also Kyna vs Sting Ray has gotta be one of the greatest tournament sets of all time.

Overall it's hard to say since they both excel in their own areas. Sandstorm has probably the best punish game/advantage state gameplay Brawlhalla has ever seen. Stingray has always been a prodigy when it comes to movement and clutching up. They have been really close in skill the entire time they played tho so hard to say

I'd say the stuff i've seen them both do on hammer has been crazy. On pure flashy ability Java is a spectacle when it comes to using the Hammer and while Kyna has his moments I think he shines most with his technical use of the weapon always making good damage with it
