Exactly. If you're loading the same save file over and over, then that is why he couldn't get the ambulance door to open. He was actually more right at first when he stated that the ambulance door opens about 30% of the time. However, I think it is more like 50% of the time.

Yes, 2015. Top Gear ended with Clarkson fired, Hammond and May leaving, and creating The Grand Tour, and also creating the Drivetribe channel. And it's a year before Anthony leaves Smosh, and coming back a few years later.
