Yeah i didn't move for a while(like a year) and i started to feel pain at my knee i was caused by degenerated bone tissue and i was really weak at doing some things that my friends could do easy. as soon as i started gym like some months, i started to see shoulder grow and more muscles like abs and i've become stronger and can do that type of work/things. i didn't get fat in that not moving time but i didn't know why so i searched and i found that is related about genetics and testosterone . Keep making videos! and maybe if u could do a video about why some people get fat and some people don't get fat no matter what they eat would be nice
