I was present here during some recording, so I wanted to see if I was in any shots, and I was 😂 never had someone come in and talk that loud in my gym before! Fair play for trying all 3 lifts in 1 go, I was quite impressed with the bench to be fair. Should of asked for a spot on the bench though as any more weight and decapitation was a certainty! Also both those racks have pins to stop you folding up like a deck chair 👍 good effort 💪

Unreal man! I'd love to start working out but I lost my job, knees are sore sometimes and weak. Feel completely unmotivated but this video gives me some faith. What can I do?😢 great content

@@consurgeuk thanks for your comment mate. Since I wrote my comment already 5 months ago.. I've since been walking and cycling every day, eating clean and also starting a new full time job next month and also to the gym. So I'm happier and much more motivated since then. Appreciate your comment 💪🏻

If you leaned back and used more of your legs than your back, as well as gravity during the deadlift you wouldve got 165 maybe even higher

I just don’t understand this. I am half his size lifting fat heavier than him. How do these guys get big muscles without any real strength behind them? It baffles me? Are they all on juice or something? Or just don’t carry any fat on their abs so look a lot leaner then they are?

Progressive overload + eat more protein

go up in weight slightly everytime, maybe start with an additional 2.5kg either side

I was expecting more weight from you! I could do that sort of weight at age 14 or 15!! Except for the bench only could do 90, but wasn't 1 rep, more like, 9 or 10
