I honestly couldn’t agree more, it’s very common for players to lose morale and become discouraged but it’s never over. There are many opportunities for comebacks with the proper strategy and tactics.

@@ambassadorbarak2884 I’ve seen that a lot as well, people lose morale and quit too early and especially in randoms. But there are also a lot of players who will fight it out.

You have balls for posting this bc of the result.. I won’t spoil it. I feel like priority on arty and heavy AT is a must with 3v3+, and remember that a 260mp mortar will stop a 17 pounder with smoke ;)… either way it was an amazing match!

Hey Nate, appreciate that man, I post every competitive match regardless of the result. And I totally agree with your analysis. I needed quicker MG followed up by artillery support and heavy AT. I really regret not getting a quicker Flak Gun with artillery cover and smoke, as you stated. I definitely could have held the center much better. 🫡 Glad you enjoyed the match, GG!

Wow. It ain't over til it's over. You made a good comment in game about how you maybe should have gone for a mortar 250. In hindsight, having some good constant indirect could have put more of a dent in those blobs.

Absolutely, converting my 250 half tracks to mortars and also going for LEIG artillery support would have really helped control the center. I could have followed up with a FLAK gun for heavy Anti-tank and then eventually Tiger and walking Stuka. As you said, the blobs and Matilda’s were just too efficient. They fought hard though, WP to the opposing team for making a tough comeback, 🫡 GG!

Hello Sarge, Thank you for posting. The video went blank from 33:59 - 34:40. Archer Tanks seem too powerful. Also your leading with those two tanks and losing them quickly did not help matters.

Oh wow, that was an editing mistake that I unfortunately did not notice. Thank you so much for letting me know, i really appreciate that and it should be resolved soon. 🫡❤️You’re the man, John! But yeah, Archer is very powerful. However, I did not take the proper approach. Instead of rushing for Tiger, I needed more artillery support and a Flak Gun. To help me hold ground buy time for the Tiger to hit the battlefield.

I dont think the Tiger was a bad call, but somewere in the game you forgot the battlegroup tatics and couldn use it ambushes against superior range. Allas, great game as aways

Yeah definitely, I also felt like I was not utilizing the new battlegroup in an optimal way. I think that was a major reason for me losing the center of the map. Good learning lesson, as It was my 2nd game trying espionage. Glad you enjoyed the match Arthur, GG!

Hi Chief, I had the same problem as Shark here during the game - attacking a team weapon units makes my squads go the opposite random direction... :/ have you noticed that ?

Hey Tread, glad you enjoyed the match brother! You can actually upgrade your PanzerGrens with LMGs after unlocking the Tier 1.5 or Tier 2 tech buildings. They each cost 100 munitions but it really improves the effectiveness of your squad’s. I hope that helps!

Great game man! Don’t forget that they made the armored reserve call ins much cheaper. P3 for 300 mp is a bad deal compared to a P4 + assgrens for 400.

Thanks Koira, glad you enjoyed the match brother, and I agree with that. Perhaps deploying P4 call-ins and P3s a little earlier would have stabilized the game for me, allowing me to control the center and eventually follow up with a Tiger around 25 mins. GG!

Trying something new with Italian coastline. The bunkers are very powerful tool. Prepositioned bunkers to fall back on if pushes. I’ve been spamming “rapid fortifications” bunkers when ever it’s cooled down around important targets and after seizing ground. The enemy has to deal with the bunkers which cost them time and resources.

That’s awesome, I love that play style with the Italian Coastal. You can have a lot of “strength in depth” and create strong support lines for your infantry and artillery support. Also, you can even combine the bunkers with the “designate defensive line” for added bonuses.

@@SargeGG they got rid of the healing effect of “designated defensive line” that ability is dead. They also slowed build speed for sand bags and mines.

@@user-uq2lh8kp9w Yeah, I think they nerf’d the ability too much. Perhaps they should have removed vehicle repair but kept unit healing. Or vice versa. I still think it’s strong because of the infantry bonuses but nowhere near as strong as it used to be, as you mentioned.

Hey asgard, not necessarily, I don’t think Allies are OP like before. I believe we just made some key mistakes as the game progressed, while our opponents did a good job of being proactive and capitalizing on their momentum.

@@SargeGG it’s a good commander you chose, but personal it feels like you won’t know if it will work or not in the fight until your a good 10min into the game, by then the other commanders will have already given you something

22:45 they mainly blobing infantry...Comment with view of mirror. Lol From the beginning of the game you can see a lot of tactics and as it goes towards the end there is less and less tactics... a game where everything comes down to the mass from the infantry to the mass of tanks (blobs). Due to the not so big map in Coh3 for 4v4, the players are limited from some great tactics, on such area of ​​the map... Almost the entire battle from both sides in 4v4 boils down to who will accumulate a bigger army and overrun the opponent. No offense but SargeGG gameplay was all about a small circle in the middle of the map around a cap star, but what else could he do there, he has to play in that middle.

@@SargeGG ist not about coh 2 ist whole trilogy, it is about map size in 4v4 games, in my opinion could be bigger... For example in this game you can see almost whole time you entirety army on screen... While in 1v1 you can't, more tactically you infantry must be play (having whole time 3-4 infantry in group with medical truck to heal them, is good to hold and push one smal area, but that means you will lose easily map control, especially in start middle game).

Yeah, all part of the game, and I needed to address those issues much more effectively. I was too passive, waiting to tech for Tiger, and I allowed them to gain the initiative.

Aww that's a shame, I'm on console and looking forward to this battlegroup (I heard last patch shifted favor back to Axis in general, if true fingers crossed they get the balance better because the new groups look like fun!)

It is strong if you can get to at least 2 stars. Instant kill 1 with ability and at 3 stars will instant kill any infantry with low hp with regular shots.

@@todiaxe Yes exactly, Step is right, the unit scales very well for a mainline infantry. The Vet 2 and Vet 3 “Sharpshooter” ability allows for you to drop enemy models quickly and win fights, so the Aussie infantry are good supportive units to the main British infantry sections
