@@enoch650 Gotchu. I make videos on similar topics btw. MCU Thanos is an Eternal/Deviant hybrid. He's an E.B.E. a.k.a. an extraterrestrial biological entity. He is immensely powerful even without the Infinity Stones & the gauntlet. He's near perfect as an organic being. He's severely powerful and he's very intelligent as well. He's definitely immensely powerful and skilled. One of the first feats we ever even saw him achieve (in live action in the MCU) was him absolutely laying out The Hulk. Something that had never been done so brutally yet so swiftly before. Even The Abomination (who was said to be at least 2x stronger than base Hulk) couldn't do that. And he made Hulk actually bleed and went blow for blow with him. He nearly defeated him. Actually it's said that both Hulk & Abomination can lift more than 100 tons. Whereas Thanos can lift 120 million lbs over his head. On top of that Thanos is an ancient being with much skill & a vast battle IQ. His weapon of choice is his double bladed Uru sword. This weapon is very, very durable and razor sharp. In fact it even hacked through & splintered apart Captain America's shield. Something that was also believed to be practically impossible. Though this weapon was eventually broken with magic. Thanos is strong enough to kill gods & God-like entities even without the Infinity Stones. With said stones Thanos is God-like himself. But the gems only work in the universe they're from. Meaning if they were brought outside of it they'd be rendered useless. Just simple rocks. Thanos is really durable as well. As he can withstand high powered blows & temperature extremes. He can even survive/withstand fire and powerful explosions for a certain amount of time. He isn't a complete savage. But he is merciless when he wants to or needs to be. On the other hand Darkseid (Snyder's version) is a New God. An Alien being of god-like status. A very ruthless & powerful one at that. He himself obtained the Omega Effect. Meaning he possesses Omega Beams. These energy beams are shot from his eyes and can zig zag & follow a moving target. They're said to be even hotter & more powerful than Superman & Doomsday's heat vision. Both of which are said to be significantly hotter than the surface of the sun. He is basically pure evil. A real tyrant and power-hungry monster. Darkseid is the God of the planet Apokolips. He's also an ancient & intelligent foe in and of himself. He's an extraterrestrial conqueror & Overlord. He has turned 100,000 worlds to dust. That we know of. Darkseid even fought the Old Gods. And he did so as Uxas (a mortal being/New God). Before he had the Omega Effect. And at that time he killed a Green Lantern & many, many warriors. He even ate a lightning bolt from Zeus! Among other things. He even survived his own defeat at the hands of Ares. When Zeus and Ares managed to stop Uxas (Young mortal Darkseid). He lived through being chopped by Ares' axe. Deep down & right between the shoulder and neck. Now he's the greatest threat to the DC universe yet. Now he's capable of taking on & even killing members of the Justice League. He could even take them all out. And as we know when he comes back to Earth things get intense. He (Snyder-Cut spoilers) conquers the whole world & kills some heavy hitters in the Justice League. He terraforms Earth into a hellish copy of Apokolips (his homeworld). He even manages to obtain the Anti-Life equation. A power that can enslave any being in the universe or even the multiverse. Making them servants of Darkseid & enactors of his will. He kills Lois and even takes control of Superman. Who then brutally murders Batman & so on. His weapon of choice is a unique axe-like bladed weapon. One with 3 blades on the back of the axe head. With one long cutting blade in the front. The axe has a spear-like sharp tip to the handle as well. It's a battle-axe forged from an Apokoliptian metal. This axe could take a direct blast from Zeus's lightning. Though after this Ares was able to cut through the handle. Coming through the air and chopping down through it. Darkseid is a true beast! We haven't seen much of Darkseid with the Omega Effect as of yet. At least not in the Snyderverse. But we did get to see how impressive he was even before possessing the Omega Effect. His exact current power stats in the Snyderverse are unknown. But we know enough to know that Darkseid truly is The Great Darkness himself. The Great One. Lord Of Apokolips. Ultimately I'd say Darkseid could definitely defeat and even Kill Thanos. Especially without the stones. But with the stones Darkseid could still win. Especially in the Snyderverse. Because the Infinity Stones only work in their own universes. As I've mentioned before. If they were to battle to the death my money would be on Darkseid. (Edit) Let me know what you think.

I don't like the way Darkseid was portrayed in this movie, he was turned into a cowardly weakling. At first, his alien troops defeated the ordinary aborigines, who are a million years behind in technical terms, and he himself was able to defeat three gods: Zeus, Ares and Artemis, although in the comics, in a weaker form, he was able to defeat and kill the same Zeus. Then he forgot about the special planet where the equation he needed was located and did not mention it for a thousand years until Steppenwolf found him and was afraid to intervene in the battle, although again in the comics and cartoons he viciously kicked the backs of superheroes even being blind.
