Fun fact for anyone curious, the teleport ability is not from the movie era of Showa Gigan, but rather it's based off of a game called Godzilla: Save the Earth. It was a fighting game, and it was the first game I ever played, and is also what introduced me to kaijus. Still is my favorite game to this day.

I really love how they did to him what they did with Showa and made him play like a regular average small spammy kaiju but with more strategy behind his play style, and with the ability to fly, but only as a means of getting around because he’s much stronger on the ground

tbh there's a trick in 3rd move of Gigan so that you can escape the ton of endlag while dodging attacks so when you press 3rd Attack when it does its animation like the dashing spam your flying and look up and press E so that you can fly high and the endlag wont punish you thus making you taking no dmg or dodge some attacks.

I think the new gigan is cool, but I feel they made the flying attacks kinda boring. I do like how they made it so that you can't aim with the beam while your flying to avoid sky camping

Just looking at the first battle makes me happy showa monsters in ku have only one option camping on the air waiting for a beam or mistake as thier only viable strategy if you try to use showa on land you are handicapping yourself because he does not have enchanced dps on land nor a good speed and range, gigan's playstyle here is a mix of flying and ground fightting and that is how literally every showa monster should fight that is not godzilla or anguirus in the game

There was this guy named oopmz i beated him he was a level 30 des and i was a level 68 gigan and after i beaten him he came back and there was a max ultima that helped him and thats custom teaming idk what the guys name was anyways the ultima helped the des that came back but then the des still died and then he1 came back as a level 50 or 40 rodan and the ultima is still helping him but then i still beated he came back with the ultimas help but still beated him and than he came back as a max g19 this time i was very close to beatening him but than i was standing to use the pulverised him but i pressed the wrong number i played 2 1 with that i lose the ultima was destracted so he didnt help him this time i came back and still beaten him the ultimas tail hit him so that took alot of hes health anyways gigan is op if u use it correctly
