Here are a few Kaijus that can counter Thermo IMO: 1. MG21 (Keep your distance and spam your beam and missile and once Thermo is like 40% health go dash towards him do Turbo Strike+Surgical Stab+Stomp. Repeat until you kill Thermo. But if you low, back off and keep spamming missile). 2. Burning Godzilla (use your INSANE beam spam capability and pulse. Try to keep your distance from Thermo). 3. MZ (Before battle, charge your inner storm and when you want to fight Thermo, use alpha roar that deals damage just like Ultima's miss. Go on land and brawl with Thermo but if you still around level 10, keep your distance). 4. Dest (no explanation needed) Etc.... You can add more if you want.

Burning cant outrun a thermo, mz can counter thermo pulse with the s, dest can get knocked off by the pulse n get damaged severely

For the MG21 part you can use melee to force Thermo to use his melee just so it wouldn't stack for the pulse and burning almost has no chance beating it at max

Im glad they didn't repeat what they did with Burning Goji whereas they gave him the same animations as Heisei Goji bit with different effects. Here they gave Thermo new animations and new attacks and I think hes very balanced against skycampers seeing the MASSIVE range of the Pulse.

the Female Muto is a pretty good match up for thermo now. Thermo isn't too OP with it's melee attacks and it's new combat strategy relies heavily on utilizing it's pulse attack;so just hit them with the E.M.P and deny them of their pulse(their regen for attack charge isn't that good) and the FM can easily DPS them down due to her attack coming out faster.

I don’t have thermo, but I think he is atleast 2nd best or 1st best land kaiju because he’s just like ultima but MUCH faster and has better range attack damage with the pulse to give it an advantage in melee Edit: thermo is 3rd best ground kaiju because he has not extended ranged attacks, he’s like ultima without the beam. I just through he wold stand a chance against, mg21 or any kaiju with extended ranged attacks, because of his run speed of 27

Ik, I already thought about extended ranged attacks, but thermo still would win. He’s so fast for his hp amount and he has a pulse which can block beams. Thermo would also have the edge to fighting mz’s and dest because of its great stats. But u guys are probably right about thermo, and how he should be 3rd place. He’s probably 3rd place now that I think about it. I just thought he could beat kaijus like mg21 because he’s fast, but I realized he can’t because kaijus like mg21 have a dash. So I guess I would say thermo is most likely 3rd.

The Good thing on The thermo pulse is that when battling teamers they can't see where you are and you can also Spam melee attacks just like g19 but more Overpowered plus, they can also get the burm effect and take damage which is also helpful fighting against teamers while the Pulse can do A Severe amount of Damage
