There are more case scenarios that can happen in lower elo, I think this provides good chance for getting back into the game, grandmaster and challenger will change really hard though, they will nerf and change a lot of things that's a given but I'm fine with shorter games I don't think that people liked s14 for the most part so let's hope that s15 turns on the right direction, remember small indie company with 200years of exp.

They changed more then just the ultimate. They changed his W so that it stuns more reliably and stacks up to the stun faster they made it slow for 3% more at lvl 1 they also made it so the slow upgrade applies to his ultimate when before it was only his basic abilities. They made his Q animation faster and more responsive and buffed the shield value on the upgrade. They buffed his auto attack animation as well to be smoother.

There is no way they just made his ult reset duration and get larger on kill, that's a major insane buff. They tweaked some numbers for sure. And your w is useless because you try to catch fleeing enemies with it, use it defensively and it is very strong.
