Sam 1st starpower has to get a cooldown, because imagine you are gonna kill him but then he walks next to a wall and gets 70% of his health back in 4 seconds.

I think sam's 1st gadget wouldn't be useless with second star power if you pull more than 1 enemy you would get a good amount of super charge

Tip You can also increase reload speed by using sam's super because when you have knuckles your reload speed is slow but when you did not have it your reload speed get increased

another pro tip: when you are low on ammo, you can super to reload faster, then collect the knucklebuster back for more dmg

it would be interesting if first gadget can be used while the gloves (ult) is travelling... just like orianna ult in LOL, gadget 1: pulls enemy near the gloves. It can be used mid-air, what it does it will stop the gloves at its current location and pulls everyone in... that would be really fun and high skill cap

I think Sam definetly is op on release, but on open maps, he cant do anything because his super wont always hit 3 enemys and he cant move with super like shelly cant.

You can just use the strong hitting attacks in close range by a wall with super charged and when you run out use super against wall and then reload quicks and grab your claw(gunna be OP)

I think a good rework to one of Sam's gadgets would be that the knuckle buster on the ground would trap enemies for 2 or 3 seconds in the radius when the gadget is activated. Might be overpowered tho

Other gadget ideas for Sam: 1- (no name idea): When activated, Sam quickly dashes up to his gauntlet, slowing nearby enemies for 1.5 seconds. (PS.: This gadget only works if the gauntlet is on the ground. The maximum distance Sam must be from the gauntlet is 6 tiles. The slow range is 2 tiles around the gauntlet) 2- Heavy Gauntlet: When activated, Sam's next super will knock back enemies hit.(PS.: This gadget only works if Sam has the gauntlet. 4 or 5 uses per game)

1 more small tip is that when you ran out of ammo, then use super so Sam will change his form and recharge ammo faster

I think the only way to nerf the 1st starpower without making Sam's super useless is giving him a third bar. When you choose it, it gives Sam a third bar that, when full, heals the 30% HP from a super. That way you can still make him launch and catch the super whenever without delay.

His kit would make sense when it would fly back once it hits an enemy, the knockback would make sensr and the pull could be used mid air still or it stick on enemy for a sec then pulls

For first gadget, i think it would be better if it did a small amount of damage in a small radius around the super, it would last forever if sam doesnt pick it up

Both his gadgets need some serious work. Here are my suggestions 1st gadget: Pulls all brawlers in 2 tile radius and holds them for 3 seconds. 2nd gadget: Sam's beartraps when thrown leaves behind a force field trail that pushes enemies from crossing for 5 seconds.
