I got a Twaalv Launcher that I bumped the Fixa Blastor to Lvl.3 on and I gotta say, this thing melts the new UQ bosses! My Tri Selio with a Fatale Lvl.5 and the same augs felt noticably weaker.

My original plan was to get Tri Selio for the classes I am going to play the most while the others stay at Exelio but now I could give those classes a Twaalv and be okay with them for a while.

just by virtue of playing your gana get everything you need to get everything to triselio eventually. i can already make 2 more and i barely grind

Doing nameless city for 1 hr would give you enough to make 2 triselio weapons. Just open boxes and kill rappy trials.

I get twaalv down bonus whenever any enemy is downed near me, physical or elemental.

To me that plays a Techter and Force that 10 seconds of start up after equipping the weapon is 10 seconds you can't do elemental damage with you techniques that matches the weakness of the enemy it's the same for Jet Boots Bouncer in other words if you class can use the simply movement pa than the 10 seconds is not anything to worry about but techniques user has 12 plus different techniques plus any weapons PAs it might have

the only thing that 10 seconds of startup effects is getting the damage buff when equipping the weapon. meaning you have to atleast had the weapon equipped for 10 seconds before a down happens to get the damage buff. it doesnt effect anything else

@KronoKatastrophy but have to constantly switch weapon pallet to match the element weakness resets the timer and you can't have every element technique on one weapon pallet without give rid of your normal attack with your main and sub weapons so switch between weapon pallet to match the element making the 10 resets for each time and need to use a different elemental attack

@@jessejames361991 switching to a different weapon palette that has the same weapon you are currently using does not reset the timer. it only resets if you switch to a completely different weapon & then switch back to it. so you should be fine as long as the other weapon palettes have the same weapon equipped for each of them

Glad I can still use my CV Wingard/Tri Selio without feeling like I’m throwing without a 12 * Also not to mention but the potential on the 12* is effective for everyone not just the user and it only last 20 seconds.. definitely not worth hundreds of millions of meseta. But if you like flexin on haters then hey 🤷 been playing NGS since launch and the truth is flexing weapons means absolutely nothing once a new weapon drops. Anyways Thanks for the insight Krono. Sounds about right. The one time the game actually gives a rare drop in like 3 years it is completely worthless, unless you are wrong. At this point I couldn't possibly care less.

I was especially interested in the part where you theorized that the tech weapons where incapable of procing their weapon potential because elemental downs are universally bugged, something that would make the tech weapon varients worthless. Funny if true considering this weapon series is tailor made for tech classes and comes hot on the heels of the tech class reworks. I don't care if other people "think" 30 base attack and 2% potency are a good upgrade because I know they are not, the potential however could have been. So like I said, unless you are wrong. Either way it's bad news for me because I have to leave in Jan and by the time I get back they will be common so I guess I'll just scrap it for closure and move on.

no the 12 star is still stronger but its not by a crazy amount due to the potential being 1% less then triselio
