the rentenmark was based on land not gold, it was the currency after that that was backed up by gold called the reichmark

An unreasonable treaty. Saddled with crushing debt right after a world war is ludicrous and vindictive. Borrowing from Peter to pay Paul just complicated the entire situation. All.these factors indicate another forthcoming catastrophe or reset to restore the ideal of self determination.

The Germans who did the most to help Germany and were the closest to saving Germany were incredibly often, Jews. History is to ironic and harsh.
