I'm making this a separate comment because it kinda deserves another one Jitter clicking doesn't cause arthritis, but the pose you do it in does, just like how butterfly clicking can do the same (it actually gives you rsi, and too much rsi causes long term damage) For more information, look up intel edits's video about it.
