Oh, do I have some things to say, first, as a fanfiction writer myself, I loved this. On top of it being really well written, it was also very sweet (I kinda didn't realize that this was dated before season 2 so I was a tad confused at first but that's on me). It felt like it could have actually been the final episode (or chapter) of the series and you got all the characters just right and it was funny how Nakai doesn't realize just how dense he really was (Nishikata at least realized that there was something wrong with Takagi). But yeah, you've got a lot of talent and now I feel more motivated to get back to my own writing, so thank you.

This is a grate fanfiction video. I wish this would be in the actual series. This is my second time watching it. I really like the ending a lot. Makes me feel a lot of emotions. Edit: I could imagine the scenes.

Very nicely done, with almost Nostradamus-like parallels to the actual Summer Festival storyline. Though, I hope it doesn’t take till their bleeding 3rd year in high school for something like this to happen. Surely by the time they get to at least 3 Summer Festivals together, Nishikata will have gotten a clue.

Really well written. You made it feel like a real episode and it feels professionally done. I also like how you went with a simple yet strong ending of holding hands. It would’ve been a far jump for them to have kissed so it’s a good job showing that you understand the slow increase of their relationship. Amazing job and this was great to listen to!

I could see myself maybe doing one and a half of those ideas. I could see writing about the discussion to have children, but not the act itself, that might be a bit much for me. And I could totally imagine a fanfic about their friends finding out!

this was posted before season 2, and yet the whole summer festival story was played out here, there were a lot of things similar to ep 11 and 12 of season 2, like, nishikata asking takagi to the summer festival, other people saying that they're on a date, them playing games, the on-episode conflict which is both of them losing each other to the crowd, holding takagi's hand and ending on the beach. I'm suspicious if the producers saw this fanfic before making s2

Reminds me of another fanfic I read on archiveofourown called "She made him blush, and it just never stopped". Have you read it? I figured you might have if you had known about the story with Nishikata's nightmare, and there are only 3 Takagi-san fanfics in total on that site. But anyway, that one story takes place at the summer festival, and I think it's well written, and I think the dialogue is pretty much on point with the characters. If you haven't read it, I hope you will check it out.
