Thanks for your comments and great observation. As a tamilian we have to be perfect in every thing we do. That's how every tamil kid is raised and brought up by tamil parents. Our ancestors have lived the values of life and we are carrying on the value system to next generation. We are people who did business and trade 2000 years ago, when many parts of the western world did not even know the word business. Hats off to our leaders and ancestors for passing on the values system. A tamil parents will die without eating food but they make sure that their kids become highly educated with high moral values of human life. Now most of the Tamil people's are upgraded their levels to from worker category to management category, that's why we are facing labour shortage and we are full fill the requirements with north Indians. At the same time you can realise, due to this transition, now Tamil Nadu is number 2, soon Tamil Nadu will reach number 1 position. 2) Our Entrepreneurs are ahead of developing the state 70% with our state local parties support 30%. If our entrepreneurs are getting atleast 50% support from our ruling political parties, I'm sure Tamil Nadu will be 2nd Singapore. 3) Tamil People's not only they are getting their talent by their own, along with they are passing their knowledge from ancient kings, ancient monks, ancient civilians etc... Till British ruling and their management system passing generations by generation to the current generation. 4) TN's great geographical structure also supporting to reach the highest level and They are keeping their culture and language for many decades even though many intruders are came .. 5) Entrrperners and Tamil people's are encouraging Unity with other religions and helping tenancy, motivation and boosting all people's lives to make better....
