I went to adjust old gold bought from some other jewellery and bought in exchange another new set the old gold was found to be pure and weighed perfect and the amount on the day adjusted to the new one after melting them infront and with no loss in weight. I bought some items from Tanishq and exchanged some old gold items. The items were made by my jeweller at Gwalior and it was found that although it was marked and charged as 22 carats but it was found 14 carats at Tanishq caratometer. This was the dis honesty of local jewellers .

Bhai tanishq ko agar uski jewellery becho toh cash ke badle 3% cut karte hai. Lete hue kehte hai not cut only 100% return but at the time of asking cash against jewellery. They cut 3%. I had already paid. They don’t fulfill their promises. Because they never give in written.
