I’ve been a sneakerhead my whole life. Addiction made me lose my collections but I’m 4 years sober now and collecting again. I have had MAJOR air max phases and the AM90 has been a favorite of mine since high school. The AM1 is amazing but the 90 has always been my go to. I always have 90s no matter where I am in life

PhoenixLogic nah, I’m 33. When I was first starting I was smoking and shooting the real 80s. We got started on those and they were so cheap, like $5-$15 a piece. Then they shot up to a dollar a mg and that is sustainable for only so long so heroin becomes much easier and cheaper to get. Started in a pain clinic in high school because I broke bones in my spine. Those blue 30s wouldn’t touch me, I would have had to do like 6-10 at a time at least three times a day and that’s so much money. I needed to get sober And I did and now I am and working as a counselor

Max’s have been huge in Australia for as long as I can remember , not just the 90’s either .. our history definitely favours Max’s over Jordan’s . Jordans became big way later but the max was and still is that essential shoe that every sneaker-head has at least 1 pair of .. I couldn’t tell you how many 90’s I’ve had in my life . 😂 🇦🇺✌🏼

If you were a teenage lad and up and wore max 90s when they first came out , and you lived on a council estate in England , you were either selling drugs , your dad was selling drugs , or you were from a middle class background and your parents were buying them , all I will say is, I lived on an estate and my mother wouldn't pay the kind of money the air max 90 cost , I loved them , still do , my favourite of all time is the 90 in winter wheat ,the triple pack with sage green accents , I've got the max 1s , 90s and 95 all in that colour way , I have two pairs of each and they all look box fresh , I wear them all in rotation once or twice a month , and I clean them after each use , then store them in Sealy bags ,in their box's and in a cool room , put silicone PACs in the box of each pair to help keep them fresh .
