The most important factor in deciding alimony is not listed. What if the wife leaves matrimonial house and marriage the next day after the marriage? Is the age of marriage or conjugal age should not be an important and significant while deciding alimony?

A has given money to B from his side. He has not even asked B to return the money. If he asks for the money after a few days then there will be a breach of trust because B does not have any money to return the money yet.

Alimoney should be decided by the parties by prenuptial and not by court further maintenance should substituted by spousal support and should only for limited period and not of life time pension. Their should be clear definition of unable to maintain herself why a fully able bodied lady can not maintain herself she has proof that her incapability how long to be allowed by the law should also be clear in law.
