Food awareness is very important for over all society health, too much need to do in this regard. According to research most of the chronic disease can be avoided and cure even revers with the help of healthy food ( veg , fruits, eggs, mushroom , a little meat or better to eat fish , avoid sugar in all forms from refine sugar to cakes and biscuits and the most important keep fasting regularly because our bodies can’t repair itself on cellular level until it’s in complete rest which only possible through fasting. Plus don’t eat anything between breakfast and lunch / lunch and dinner.)

First of all don't allow your child to use mobile. 2nd change his diet plan and give him seasonal fruit .make him busy in Physical activities.Take your child in the park and play with him.
