Oh my goodness. I have all of these symptoms you are explaining about the gut. I do try to eat all of these foods in your video but my gut is always having problems. Is there any vitamins such as Omega 3 to help heal the gut. I take a very good probiotic in the morning as well. I will certainly try to eat more nuts as you explain what foods are best for healing.
