Troll Teslas can still be used when you try and bait and Flame Flinger. If they fall for the bait and see the insane Flame Flinger value, surprise, Teslas pop up and your Flame Flinger dies and takes out 1 Tesla. It's great since people have stopped expecting troll Teslas. Also, Teslas are so good because of the fact that they're hidden. You dont account for so much extra damage so you have to react quickly, and maybe you wont react in time and your Queen charge fails, or maybe you overinvest and waste an unneeded freeze

teslas have even more uses than the ones mentioned in the video tesla farms can be used to stop a sui hero opener which is when you send in king, queen, or both to take out a major defense with minimal support. their dps can destroy a sui if the attackers not expecting it. another use is with defense rings. defense rings are a basebuilding technique used around multi-infernos to make balloons and/or hogs path around a multi. this works by having non-defense buildings around the multi in the multi compartment but having defenses surrounding the compartment. this makes balloons and hogs path around the multi rather than going straight in. teslas can help by adding more defenses to the ring to make it even more secure

Teslas could also be used as a lure in some situations to lure enemy to somewhere they don't want to go towards. Although not easy to pull it off, it's quite possible to do so against some attacks such as queen charges. This also applies to luring troops away from a certain defense, such as baiting them away from multi-inferno tower or to prolonge it to deal bonus damage.

Unless you're rushing everything or paying actual money, the gold plateau and upgrade times at TH9/10 definitely takes at least a month, especially if you don't have all 5 builders. It took me a little over a week to go TH1-8, but mortar and air defenses alone will set you back a couple days each at TH9.
