What about alignment? Do I have to do 3-2-1 , etc.as in classic 3D inspection?

Hey, great question. You do not need to do the typical alignment needed for measurement systems. This system uses Keyence's special pattern recognition. What this feature does is it generates the coordinate system for alignment using features on the part rather than features on the machine. This way the system locates the part and is able to measure the part accurately in any orientation and anywhere on the stage.

What if we need to change inches vs mm?

When you select program from the main screen, you will get a drop down menu in the top corner. Select settings - display settings and you can change the units.

Should position the camera square to the computer screen . You are at a 45 degree angle. The right side of display screen is hard to read .
