I invented a new Laughter Yoga exercise today whilst hosting Dr Kataria's International laughter Yoga Club on Zoom.
Someone was wearing a Sponge Bob T-Shirt so the concept was that negativity vibrates in our lives and looms larger every minute. Laughter Yoga can be like a sponge absorbing the negativity and transforming it into laughter. Because laughter is so contagious, even the negativity starts to laugh and soon enough your whole world feels lighter.
