@@bigfletch8 There is a 5th dimension, beyond that which is known to man. It is a Dimension as vast as space and as timeless as Infinity.

Not generally known but is accessible.. where much of the inspiration, sometimes in the form if channeling comes from but still within the matter energy time and space world. ( Bashar talks about 1000 year lifespan !). The goal is beyond these worlds of relativity..the soul ( self realization ) plane.

@@bigfletch8 Yes the evolving from lower third density which is the lower ego self or better known as shadow self. (Dark) into higher vibrational frequencies of Self realisation which is 5th Dimensional (light) soul and then into Higher planes of existence the 12th Dimension which is your Universal self. And so, there are many versions of Self and that is the beauty of life.

As what I recognise myself to be a relevantly advanced spiritual student ( ( consciously fir 50 yrs ), I can say that this is THE most accurate explaination of our growing process. Of course, the most powerful being that of confirmation...having had experiences which now make total sense.
