After 4 years of the repeated cycle I finally left a month ago for the last time, changed my number, blocked him on every social media site and cut off all contact. He’s called my mom, had his flying monkeys send messages on Facebook and he even reached out to me on Zelle begging me to call him! 🤣 I’ve heard he’s been drinking all day every day and letting himself go. Same here - when I finally left 4 good 3 yrs ago. He looks like a bum drinker everyday as he always had but worse I’m sure - back on drugs . I changed my number moved he can’t even find me. as a long term... life long victim of narc abuse..( 69yrs ). My ex-narc pretended to be a follower of Jesus for our three month relationship. Manipulated me through my faith and when I called him out on his lies he would say: “I don’t even know why you pray to God, you’re not changing”. When I had enough I broke up with him, he showed up at my home, he fake cried, he told me no one would ever love me because of the emotional dysregulation he caused in me during the abuse. And then lied to the police after I stood up for myself and tried to stop the stalking, saying: “she just has mental illness, she’s vindictive”. I keep hearing the Holy Spirit loudly saying: Here is the patience of the saints. God would not be well pleased with Noah had he taken revenge on those who mocked him for building the arc. I just have to let Jesus give me justice in His time.

Yep I went 3 months no contact and that narc got with that new supply that was groomed about 6 months before that .. anyway narc called that new supply to move in .. at about during my no contact I got Hoover so narc might not wanted that new supply there at the house so long lol but since I did not respond well they are in a committed relation now cause narc lost the shelf supply (me).. even as the narc said they were not ,, the new supply post those committed media photos .. and narc did not do that . The best thing that I learned from these videos, is that I was not the main supply. I realized that she was getting it way worse than me ( and EVERYBODY ELSE ), so I was blessed. God was protecting me, because I'm His child. Therefore, he brought me closer to God. My best part was realizing that when I left him, it made him feel so bad that he treated his new and other back burner supplies so bad, that they probably saw him for what he was too. I was always so 'cool' that I was the self soothing method that she's talking about. Everytime he was mad at her ( baby mama/ main source) he would call me to come chill ( in my mind we were friends- in his mind, I was prey) God IS GOOD and all the time - GOD IS GOOD.
